iciHaiti – Covid-19: More than 325,000 families received financial assistance from the State
The Ministries of Economy and Finance, Social Affairs and Labor (MAST) and the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) continue to work to enable people with modest incomes to benefit from financial assistance from the State in the context of the Covid-19 epidemic.
Thus, 15,969 new heads of household each received 3,072 Gourdes (including 72 Gourdes of transfer fees) through the financial platform “MonCash” of the mobile telephone company Digicel.
Let’s recall that the identification of beneficiaries is carried out from the database of the Information System of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (SIMAST).
