At the same time, on the sidelines of this meeting, the Inspectors General, Carl-Henry Boucher and Marc Justin, were installed in tandem at the head of the General Intelligence Directorate (DRG), responsible for coordination between the departmental directorates and the Central Directorate of the Administrative Police (DCPA).
