Adaptation of books to the blind

Jean Emmanuel Jacquet, the Director General of the National Book Directorate (DNL) and Michel Péan, the Secretary General of the Haitian Society for Aid to the Blind (SHAA) held a meeting as a prelude to the drafting of a protocol agreement between the two institutions on adapting the infrastructure of the DNL network to the blind, adapting regular-type books in braille and audio writing as well as cultural exchanges.
