Arrest and seizure of weapons and ammunition

The Haitian National Police (PNH) in Gonaïves, arrested 3 individuals during a routine vehicle inspection and seized illegal weapons and around fifty ammunition of various calibers which were in their possession : a Smith & Wesson pistol 40 caliber, a 50 caliber Magnum pistol and a 12 caliber double barreled shotgun.

Artibonite Health Department closed

Since September 8, the doors of the Artibonite Health Department have been closed. The Artibonite ambulance network protested and demanded from the state, among other things, the payment of 28 months salary arrears, the appointment of its members and uniforms.

Qatar 2022 : postponement of the qualifiers

The international aids repair CAN ambulances !

The ECHO Program of the European Union and the International Organization for Migration (IOM Haiti) are supporting the Ministry of Public Health with the repair of vehicles from the National Ambulance Center (CAN).

Tuesday, September 8, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Secretariat of State for Literacy and the Haitian Creole Academy (Aka) aimed at encouraging the Government to take all measures to make available, in Creole and in French, all civil documents and official acts

16th years of the ULCC

In the presence of the Minister of Justice in his capacity as former Director General, former Directors General, the Government Commissioner at the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince, certain investigating judges and employees, the Unit Against Corruption (ULCC) organized a thanksgiving mass on the occasion of its 16 years of existence and to honor certain employees who have accumulated more than 10 years of service.
