Funeral of Me Monferrier Dorval
The funeral of the former President of the Port-au-Prince Bar Association, Me. Monferrier Dorval, will be sung on Friday, September 18 in Saint Pierre Church in Pétion-Ville. The funeral ceremony will be held in the grounds of the Church from 9:00 a.m.

Police march or opposition protest ?

The film by Haitian filmmaker Arnold Antonin “Thus spoke the sea” (Ainsi parla la mer) won the Latin American Award for best medium length film at the International Human Rights Film Festival held in Bolivia from September 1 to 6.
NOTICE : Reopening of the Municipal Library of Hinche
The Municipal Library of Hinche, part of the National Book Directorate (DNL) network, informs its readers as well as the general public of the official resumption of its activities on Thursday, September 10, 2020. The space will be open to everyone from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., in compliance with the barrier measures against the Covid-19 coronavirus. To enhance the glamor of the day, the library will organize, in conjunction with the DNL, several activities, including two conference-debates, a reading workshop and a guided tour.
