Arnel Bellizaire returns to cell
On Monday, the former deputy Arnel Bellizaire was returned to his cell after a hearing of the Court of Appeal of Port-au-Prince on Monday, May 3, 2021. The judges described the request for a hand as premature the release of the sentence formulated by the defense lawyers.
