Haiti – Justice : The «Phantom 509» Group issues an ultimatum and threatens
On Saturday, the “Phantom 509” Group made up of hooded individuals and others wearing National Police uniforms issued an ultimatum to the Ministry of Justice for the release of police officer Jean Pascal Alexandre imprisoned at the national penitentiary since May 13th on the order of Jack Lafontant the Government Commissioner of the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince at this time.
