On Wednesday the divisional inspector, Gary Desrosiers, Deputy spokesperson of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) drew up a partial and positive assessment of the “Operation Terminator 1” launched on August 7 by Rameau Normil, the Director General ai of the Haitian National Police (PNH)

From August 7 to 25, around 50 people were arrested, including 11 members of the “400 mawozo” gang. 6 bandits were shot dead in an exchange of fire with the police and 25 others are actively sought…

In addition, 3 police offciers were arrested Billy Methyl and Canol Marcelin accused after their confessions of involvement in the assassination of their colleague Hubert Mantout and a third offcier, Casimir Charion, accused of murder, attempted murder, arson and vandalism…

Gary Desrosiers said several arms and ammunition traffickers and 6 Jamaicans were also arrested.
